Renegades V Bellingham Bulldogs
October 23, 2009 // 0 CommentsThe Southern Oregon Renegades will travel to face the Bellingham Bulldogs (WA) at Civic Stadium on Saturday October 24th in what is sure to be an exciting match-up as both teams vie to become the NAFL-NW Conference Champions. And the similarities don’t stop there. The Renegades and Bulldogs are tied for the #1 spot in the nation (a third team, the Central Penn Piranha is also tied for #1), both teams boast perfect 10-0 records and both teams are only two years old.
Should the Renegades walk away with a win, they’ll claim the NAFL-NW Conference Championship title and will play host to either the Racine Raiders (WI) or the St. Paul Pioneers (MN) at HOME on Saturday October 31st (game details are TBD) for the NAFL Final Four.
Should the Renegades walk away with a loss, they’ll do so with their heads held high, having advanced further along in the playoff system than last year and with 20 All Stars headed to Miami, FL for the NAFL Championship Weekend on November 14th.
Either way, the Renegades are thankful to have had such a successful season and are looking forward to what the future holds.
