<div>Over this past weekend our team was dealt a devastating blow when one of the founding members of our team, Kris Butler, died in a tragic car accident on the Greensprings Highway on his way back to Klamath Falls, where he recently moved.  Kris was a 2007 graduate of Eagle Point High School and was only 21 at the time of his passing.  He leaves behind countless numbers of family, friends, teammates and colleagues; every single person is absolutely grief-stricken.</div>
<div>Our team as a whole is crushed.  We&#8217;re struggling to make sense of Kris&#8217; passing and are looking for a positive outlet for our grief.  As a team and as personal friends of the Butler family, we feel the very least we can do is dedicate our final home game of the season on Saturday September 11th at Spiegleberg Stadium to the memory of Kristopher L. Butler and to use proceeds generated at the gate to both help the Butler family offset expenses related to Kris&#8217; passing AND raise seed money to establish a permanently endowed scholarship fund in Kris&#8217; name.  Here’s how you can help:</div>

<div>Proceeds to benefit the Butler family and the Memorial Scholarship</div>
<div>Celebration of Life</div>
<div>Join the Butler Family at Eagle Point High School Stadium on Sunday September 12th, 2010 at 2 p.m. to celebrate the life of Kristopher L. Butler.</div>
<div>Contribute to the Butler Family directly</div>
<div>Make your contribution at any Rogue Federal Credit Union branch in the name of Kristopher L. Butler</div>
<div>Kristopher ‘Skittlez’ Butler Memorial Scholarship</div>
<div>To contribute to the scholarship fund, write and mail checks to:</div>
<div>The Oregon Community Foundation</div>

<div>Medford, OR  97501</div>
<div>Memo line: Kristopher ‘Skittlez’ Butler</div>
<div>Donations are tax deductible</div>
<div>Support for the Renegades family as well as the Butler family has been overwhelming and humbling.  Our sincerest appreciation goes out to all who have expressed their concern for our team over the loss of our fallen brother AND the Butler Family over the loss of their beloved son, brother, nephew, grandson and above all else, friend.</div>
<div>Sincerely,</div>
<div>The Southern Oregon Renegades</div>
