Transactions may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by calling/faxing 541-210-5131 or emailing sorenegades@mac.com.  Cancelled player fee payments will initiate permanent roster removal. Cancelled ticket purchases will result in no tickets being available for you at the gate/will call.  Cancelled transactions will be refunded within 48 hours.  When available, delivery of merchandise will be via USPS and is limited to the Continental United States plus Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Any and all transactional information collected such as name, address, phone, email, etc. is never shared or sold and will only be used in relation to the transaction.  Customer data is protected via https:// functionality.
